At svarmony, the 3D Generalist is a support in creating scenes and objects that require modelling, textures, shading, lighting, animation and rendering. The Artist will also assist in the evaluation of new AR projects.


Your sssskills:

  • Expert in working with Maya or Blender.
  • Intermediate Maya skills when expert in Blender.
  • Intermediate Houdini skills (especially polygon reduction and related SOPs).
  • Intermediate Unity skills (especially lighting & shading, animation setup).
  • Intermediate Adobe Substance skills.
  • Experience in real-time or mobile mobile game asset production.
  • Lighting and Rendering experience with Maya (Arnold or V-Ray).
  • Experience in character animation and rigging.
  • Bonus: webAR / webGL experience.
  • Bonus: Augmented Reality experience.
  • Bonus: Photogrammetry.
  • Bonus: Python Scripting.
  • Bonus: Experience in PiXYZ Studio.

Your tasks:

  • Creation of 3D assets ready for webAR an mobile AR apps.
  • Export and integration of 3D assets in WebGL and Unity.
  • CAD data optimization in Houdini.
  • Manual retopology of hard surfaces in Maya or Blender.
  • PBR texture and material production with Substance Painter.
  • Light and texture baking with V-Ray and/or Substance Painter.
  • Creation of animated Avatars for WebGL with an in-house library.

Your entry level and starting salary will depend on your experience. To be considered for this position, please send us your application with CV and earliest possible starting date. However, a minimum wage in line with the collective agreement and overpayment based on experience and qualifications and/or through performance-related remuneration is envisaged.
