At svarmony, as a Junior Designer, you are the decision maker and take responsibility for designing innovative and emotionally engaging user interfaces for our prestigious clients.

Your sssskills:

  • Up to 2 years of experience as a Junior Designer.
  • Good sense of layouting for different resolutions, typography and color.
  • Good experience with 2D design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
  • Ability to create Presentations, Icons, Mockups, etc.
  • Preferably experience in UI Software such as Sketch/Figma, etc.
  • Preferably experience in UX Design such as creating Concepts, User Journeys, Wireframes, Personas etc.
  • Bonus: Know-how in 2D, 3D animations, print products
  • Bonus: Augmented Reality experience.
  • Bonus: Leading User Research / User Testing
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail.
  • Creativity skills and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to pitch your ideas.
  • Ability to work with Sales, Marketing, 3D, Unity and Web Developers.

Your tasks:

  • Creation of user interfaces.
  • Design for various advertising materials and presentations.
  • Organization and distribution of tasks to team members.
  • Accompanying user and usability tests. In addition, you advise project teams on design and usability issues.
  • You ask the right questions and work with the appropriate methodologies.
  • Requirements management is therefore not a foreign word for you

Your entry level and starting salary will depend on your experience. To be considered for this position, please send us your application with CV and earliest possible starting date. However, a minimum wage in line with the collective agreement and overpayment based on experience and qualifications and/or through performance-related remuneration is envisaged.
