Internal Sales Manager (w/m/d)

Job Description

We are looking for an Internal Sales Manager (all genders) to strengthen our team at the svarmony headquarters in Vienna. You recognise the needs and wishes of potential customers in a target group-oriented manner and with appropriate market knowledge and know how to adapt to a wide range of personalities.

Your skills:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience (2 years of continuous employment) in sales.
  • Service orientation, quality awareness and very good self-organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills and, above all, technical understanding.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot).
  • Interest in new technologies and willingness to engage with them.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical and creative thinking and approach.
  • Very good German and very good English skills

Your tasks:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, determination and technical affinity.
  • Team player and keen to take on new challenges.
  • High level of self-motivation and service-orientation.
  • Enjoy continuous further training and a wide range of IT-related topics.
  • Hands-on mentality, proactive and structured way of working.

Your entry level and starting salary will depend on your experience. To be considered for this position, please send us your application with your CV and earliest possible starting date. For legal reasons, we would like to point out that we offer a minimum annual salary of approx. 40,000 € gross for this position. However, an overpayment in line with the market according to experience and qualifications and/or performance-related remuneration is envisaged.
