DBS has set itself the aim of radically changing the window market and creating a new sales channel – with the help of AR!
The use of innovative Augmented Reality technology should enable both dealers and customers to easily view and configure windows and doors, even if they have not yet been installed or are not immediately available. Thus, DBS asked for a native app enabling customers to send their customized windows directly to the dealer and even get professional advice for requests. All in one: DBS wants to ring in a new era of window and door purchasing.
The Solution
With the DBS WindowViewer, we developed a revolutionary app that serves as a visual configurator for windows and doors….
Through a variety of configuration options, the user can send desired configurations to a dealer and ask for advice. The app’s whitelabel mechanism makes it possible to connect the app to different dealers and label them individually. Using a CMS, whitelabel customers are easy to create and customize the products and accessories they support/sell.
