## The Mission:

JTI wanted a fast and simple solution to help Swiss retailers comply with new packaging legislation. With old cigarette warning labels suddenly banned, retailers needed to identify legal stock at a glance. The challenge: new and old labels looked almost identical. The goal was to support retailers with an intuitive digital tool — no app downloads, no training required.

## The Realization:

We developed a web-based AR solution that works on any smartphone. Retailers can simply scan a QR code or open a link, snap a photo of a cigarette pack, and instantly find out whether it’s legally sellable. The webAR runs directly in the browser, making it quick, easy, and accessible — without any technical barriers.

## The Result:

The JTI warning label scanner is a simple, efficient compliance tool that works in seconds — no installations needed. It gives retailers confidence and saves valuable time. A smart digital fix for a real-world problem — powered by AR.
