    Information We Collect

SalesPad does not collect, store, or track any personal data such as names, contact details, or user behavior.
However, the App requires limited access to certain device features to provide its core functionality:

  5.
  6. Camera Access: Used exclusively to display augmented reality (AR) content. No camera images or video data are recorded, transmitted, or stored.

• Internet Connection: Used to fetch static 3D assets and related content hosted on secure AWS S3 servers. These requests are not logged or associated with any identifiable user data.

Third-Party Services

SalesPad integrates the following third-party SDKs solely for AR rendering and tracking:
• Vuforia (by PTC Inc.)
• VisionLib (by Visometry GmbH)

These SDKs operate locally on your device to enable AR functionality. No personal information or analytics data are transmitted to svarmony Technologies GmbH through these tools. For further details, please review their respective privacy statements:

Data Storage and Security

The App connects to Amazon Web Services (AWS S3) to retrieve visual assets. These assets are static and do not contain or generate personal information. AWS infrastructure follows industry-standard security and compliance measures.

SalesPad does not maintain any user databases or logs that could identify individual users.

Legal Basis for Processing

As the App does not process personal data, no legal basis under Article 6 of the GDPR is required beyond the legitimate interest in providing AR visualization functionality.
