Business Development Executive (f/m/x)

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-orientated Business Development Executive (f/m/x) to join our team at the svarmony headquarters in Vienna or at our location in Munich to achieve our strategic goals for our project market targets. At svarmony you will be responsible for creating and closing sales opportunities.


Your skills:

  • 3 years of professional experience (2 years of continuous employment) as a Business Development Manager.
  • You have strong perseverance and are proactively self-motivated when it comes to your goals and closing deals with potential new customers.
  • You have strong negotiation skills, understand the customer’s needs and speak at eye level with all operational units involved in the project.
  • You are characterised by your excellent communication and presentation skills as well as your confident manner.
  • You also have basic knowledge of XR solutions and understand how these can add value for customers.
  • You have a very good customer and team orientation as well as strong implementation skills.
  • You enjoy acquiring new customers on your own responsibility by offering customised AR in-house solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (working with intercultural teams).

Your tasks:

  • You will familiarise yourself with the latest technologies and current social media channels in order to be able to offer our potential customers comprehensive consultations.
  • Independent creation of creative AR concepts that bring measurable added value to the companies of our (potential) customers.
  • Working closely with our Marketing & Communication Department and the Project Management Department in one of the fastest growing markets.
  • You are the driving force behind the development of new customer relationships in an international environment.
  • You accompany international trade fair appearances and are therefore willing to travel.
  • Work in one of the fastest growing markets.

Your entry level and starting salary will depend on your experience. To be considered for this position, please send us your application with your CV and earliest possible starting date. For legal reasons, we would like to point out that we are offering a minimum annual salary of approx. 50,000 € gross for this position. However, an overpayment in line with the market according to experience and qualifications and/or performance-related remuneration is envisaged.
