As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will oversee the creation of marketing materials and content and perform all other relevant tasks that are important for increasing the company’s sales, while not shying away from familiarising yourself with complex topics and being prepared to deal with the latest technologies.

Deine Kompetenzen:

  • Completed studies with a focus on marketing or communication.
  • Practical professional experience in B2B marketing is an advantage, ideally in the automotive or industrial sector.
  • Creativity, commitment and an independent and structured way of working.
  • Experience in writing texts (blogs, social media).
  • Strong interest in the topics of innovation and digitalisation as well as an affinity for digital too.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Planning, coordination and control of all your projects and resources.
  • Coordinating resources, schedules and budgets.
  • Researching and preparing topics for internal and external communication.
  • Monitoring trends and analysing the competition.
  • Creating content for our blog and social media networks, focussing on text and storytelling.
  • Creation of marketing campaigns, sponsored posts on social media, advertising campaigns and website maintenance.
  • Designing whitepapers, landing pages and newsletters and managing them in Hubspot.
  • Event management, planning and organisation of trade fairs.
  • Close collaboration with the business development and project management team.

Your entry level and starting salary will depend on your experience. To be considered for this position, please send us your application with your CV and earliest possible starting date. For legal reasons, we would like to point out that we are offering a minimum annual salary of approx. 35,000 € gross for this position. However, an overpayment in line with the market according to experience and qualifications and/or performance-related remuneration is envisaged.
